Are you a homeowner in the municipality of Utrecht?

The municipality of Utrecht provides up to €750 per insulation measure, with a maximum of €1.500 for two measures; low-income owner-occupiers (U-pas holders) can receive up to €8.000. The subsidy is applied for after the measures have been carried out.

For U-Pas holders, the subsidy can be as high as €8.000 for two measures. The invoice must be no more than one year old, and the subsidy can be combined with the national government's ISDE subsidy.
