What is the ISDE grant in 2026?
The Investment Grant for Sustainable Energy and Energy Saving (ISDE) is still the national scheme for, among other things, home insulation in 2026. The reimbursement varies per measure and is calculated based on the area covered and performance.

ISDE subsidy for roof insulation
For roof insulation, ISDE applies when at least 10 m² of roof is insulated and the insulation reaches an Rd value of at least 3.5. We insulate roofs with PIF Thermal cushions on the inside of the pitched roof.

ISDE subsidy for cavity wall insulation
For cavity wall insulation, at least 10 m² of cavity must be filled and the insulation must reach an Rd value of at least 1.1. We fill the cavity with glass wool after inspecting the facade first.

ISDE subsidy for floor and crawl space insulation
Floor and crawl space insulation require at least 10 m² and an Rd value of at least 3.5. For crawl space insulation we use EPS beads.

ISDE subsidy for insulating glass and window frames
Insulating glass qualifies when at least 3 m² of glass is replaced and it meets the required U value, such as HR++ or triple glazing. If you also replace the frames, separate conditions may apply.

Double subsidy for two or more measures
If you have two or more insulation measures carried out within 24 months, the subsidy per square metre is doubled. A smart combination, such as cavity wall and roof insulation, therefore yields more subsidy.
How to apply for the ISDE subsidy
You apply for ISDE with the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) after the insulation has been installed. You need the invoice, proof of payment and the installation details. We supply those details in full and help you with the application. Amounts and conditions can change each year; we always check them for your situation.
