What does paying monthly for insulation involve?
With Greenisolatie, you can have your home insulated and spread the payments over monthly instalments. Through Nationaal Warmtefonds or SVn, you can spread the cost over monthly instalments on favourable terms.
This allows you to make your home more energy-efficient without having to dip into your savings. In many cases, your monthly energy bill savings already cover a large part of your monthly repayment.

Warmtefonds or SVn?
The Warmtefonds
The Nationaal Warmtefonds was established by the Dutch government to make energy efficiency improvements accessible to every homeowner. The idea is simple: making your home more sustainable should not be a privilege reserved for people with savings, but an option for everyone, regardless of income or age. With the Energiebespaarlening, you can insulate your home on very favourable terms, and even interest-free if your aggregate taxable income is below €60.000. You can borrow between €1.000 and €29.000.

SVn
SVn is a national non-profit fund that works with 328 Dutch municipalities and provinces. Its aim is to make home improvements and energy efficiency upgrades accessible to everyone, including people who find it harder to obtain finance from mainstream banks. Your municipality decides which loans are available. These are usually a Duurzaamheidslening or Stimuleringslening, with a low interest rate and a long repayment term.
