2. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all quotations, services, agreements, and assignments of Green Isolatie B.V., unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. By using our services or website, you agree to these terms.

3. Quotations and Validity

Quotations are non-binding and valid for 14 days, unless stated otherwise.
Prices in quotations include VAT, and any subsidy options mentioned are indicative only.
An agreement is only established after written or digital confirmation

4. Services and Execution

Green Isolatie carries out work according to the agreed schedule and using sustainable materials.
Clients must ensure safe and unimpeded access to the property for our technicians.
Any additional work will be discussed in advance and billed separately.

We enter into a data processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality.

5. Cancellation and Changes

You may change or cancel an appointment free of charge up to 48 hours in advance.
For later cancellations, we reserve the right to charge incurred costs.
Green Isolatie reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to extreme weather conditions or other force majeure.

You can opt out of cookies by configuring your internet browser to stop storing cookies. Additionally, you can delete all previously stored information through your browser settings.

6. Payment

Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.
In case of non-payment, Green Isolatie may initiate debt collection procedures. Any related costs are the client’s responsibility.
We may request an advance payment at the start of the assignment.

7. Warranties

All insulation work is covered by a standard 10-year warranty on both materials and workmanship.
The warranty is void in cases of misuse, self-made modifications, or poor maintenance.
Complaints should be reported as soon as possible via info@greenisolatie.nl

8. Liability

Green Isolatie is only liable for direct damage resulting from intent or gross negligence.
We are not liable for consequential damages, indirect losses, or damage caused by third-party information.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service.

9. Subsidies

Green Isolatie offers free assistance in applying for national and municipal subsidies.
We cannot guarantee approval, amounts, or processing time of subsidies — these remain the responsibility of the relevant authority.

10. Privacy and Data

We handle your personal data with care and in accordance with our privacy policy.
Your data will only be used for providing services, processing applications, and administrative purposes.

11. Applicable Law

All agreements and disputes are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
Disputes should preferably be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, they will be submitted to the competent court in Noord-Holland.
